TERMS OF SALE
-Our shipping prices are fixed flat rates. Please check our shipping price beforehand so that you know what you will be paying in shipping. We offer flat rate shipping to most destinations
-Items normally ship within 24 hours. We will alert buyers when an item will be shipped past three days of the placement of the order.
-If you are in a country outside of the United States, please contact us to see if we can ship to you. We list many of the countries that we ship to but we do not ship to all foreign destinations.
-Insurance is not included with your purchase. If you wish to add insurance please contact us and we can adjust the shipping price to include insurance.
-Signature confirmation may be added when we ship expensive items. This service requires a signature at the time of delivery.
-Shipping prices include packaging materials and delivery confirmations within the United States and the foregin destinations that we ship.
-Items can only be shipped to the address of the customer purchasing the item and must match the address used with the payment processor.
- Customers who provide us with incorrect addresses will be required to re-pay shipping if the item is returned to us.
-We accept Stripe Payments and PayPal for purchases.
-We do not offer local pick up/
-We are currently NOT accepting offers. Prices are not negotiable.
-Customs fees are the buyers' responsibility. It is the buyer's responsibility to know the laws as it relates to VAT and customs fees in his/her country
-Immediate payment required, items are not held if you place an order and do not pay for it.
-We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone
-The terms gold and silver refer to the color or tone of our products unless otherwise specified. We will state when a metal is made of gold or silver or has gold or silver in the alloy.
--We accept returns within 15 days of the date that the item(s) was received by the customer. Please contact us for a RETURN CONFIRMATION NUMBER before you ship the item back. Items must arrive back to us in the condition that they were received, with all labels and tags still attached. We will not accept returns on items if the tags have been removed, if the item(s) is damaged, stained, smelling of smoke or other odors and we will not accept returns if parts are missing.
--The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping for returned items. We do not refund customs duties on international orders that are returned and international buyers are also responsible for paying the shipping on returned items.
