Returns Policy
- We accept returns within 15 days of the date that the item(s) was received by the customer.
- Please contact us for a return confirmation number before you ship the item back.
- Items must arrive back to us in the condition that they were received, with all labels and tags attached.
- We will not accept returns on items if the tags have been removed, if the item(s) is damaged, stained, smelling of smoke or if parts are missing.
- The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping for returned items.
- We do not refund customs duties on international orders that are returned and international buyers are also responsible for paying the shipping on returned items.
